Mohammad Almarzouq built the Factive app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by Mohammad Almarzouq at no cost and is intended for use as is.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Email, Full name, and Phone number. Some of this information is stored on your device, and some is transmitted to and stored on our secure servers in order to provide core app features such as workout tracking, progress history, and syncing across devices.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log Data
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Health and Fitness Data
Factive accesses and collects health and fitness data through Android Health Connect (and equivalent platform APIs on other operating systems). Specifically, with your explicit permission, the app reads and/or writes the following data types:
How we use this data. Health and fitness data is used solely to provide the core functionality of the app: displaying your daily activity, tracking workouts and progress, logging body measurements, syncing your activity across your devices, and showing personalized fitness insights inside your account.
How this data is stored and shared. Some health and fitness data (such as daily step counts, workout logs, and body weight entries) is transmitted to and stored on Factive's secure servers and linked to your account so it can be synced across devices and displayed in your history. We do not sell this data. We do not share this data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Service. We do not use health or fitness data to train AI or machine-learning models. Health data is never shared with data brokers.
Your control. You can grant or revoke Factive's access to Health Connect at any time from your device's Health Connect settings (Settings → Apps → Health Connect → App permissions). Revoking access will stop further collection but will not automatically delete data previously synced to your account.
Deletion. You may request deletion of all health and fitness data stored on our servers, together with your account, at any time by contacting us at mohdalmarzouq@gmail.com. We will delete the requested data from our production systems within 30 days.
Retention. Health and fitness data associated with your account is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, associated health and fitness data is deleted from our production servers within 30 days.
Children. Factive does not knowingly collect health or fitness data from users under the age of 13.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
